Is it really flat?
Yes, for companies in our range: $5M to $50M in revenue on one QuickBooks Online file, $3,000 a month. A second company is a second line at the same price. Several entities consolidated inside one QuickBooks file count as one company. Above $50M, or with several files, ask.
What is the commitment?
Month to month. There is no setup fee and no annual contract. Cancel by email; the month you cancel in is the last month billed. Your workspace is exported on request and deleted within 30 days.
Why not cheaper?
Because the deliverable is the lender package and the sponsor's pack, not a dashboard. Accounting firms price that tier at $7,500 to $15,000 a month. Plametrix prices it as software because it is software.
Who does the work?
Three agents built by Agon Grazhdani, a Director of FP&A with 12 years in PE-backed companies including CoStar Group and Lightwave Dental: a Controller that checks the ledger, a Director that builds, and a VP of Finance that re-derives every figure and reviews the result. Agon runs onboarding and answers the phone. The monthly pack does not wait on him.
What do you need access to?
QuickBooks Online with accounting read scope. No bank logins, no payroll, no ability to move money. Tokens are stored per company under row-level security and deleted the moment you disconnect.
How does the pilot work?
Send one trial balance export. Within three business days your workspace is live behind your own login, with statements, findings and whatever forecast your history supports. Add the debt schedule and the lender package appears. The pilot is free for 30 days. Keep it and billing starts the following month; walk away and the workspace is deleted within 30 days.
We are an accounting firm with PE-backed clients. Can we resell this?
Talk to us. Firm pricing is not published yet.
What if we are on Sage Intacct or NetSuite?
Start with a monthly trial balance export; the workspace, forecast and pack all work from it. A direct Intacct connection is planned.
